RETURN POLICY

RETURNS:  All eligible returns must have original price tag and be accompanied by receipt. Eligible returns must be within the specified time frame below. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be allowed for returns past the specified period of time unless noted by salesperson on original receipt.  Please see details below.

FABRIC and TRIM:  All sales final on cut fabric and trim.

FURNITURE:  A full refund will be issued for furniture pieces returned unused and in original condition within 7 days of purchase. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for pieces not returned in their original condition. Pieces requiring pick-up will be subject to a pick-up fee.

DECOR, ACCESSORIES, JEWELRY, and GIFTS:  A full refund will be issued for home decor, accessories, jewelry, and gifts returned unused or unworn with 30 days of purchase. No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for items not returned in their original condition or items that have been used. 

DRAPERY HARDWARE: All sales final on custom-cut drapery rods and any hardware items not in the original packaging. A full refund will be issued within 30 days for all other items returned in original packaging.

LAMPSHADES:  No refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued for lampshades not in their original plastic protective covering. A full refund will be issued within 30 days for lampshades still in proper wrap.

SALE ITEMS:  7-day return policy on all sale and clearance items.

RUGS:  7-day return policy on all in-stock rugs.

CUSTOM ORDERS:  All sales final on custom orders.

LAYAWAYS:  Once a layaway begins, cancellations must be made within 72 hours. After that time, any cancellations or overdue layaways forfeit the 25% deposit. All layaways must be paid off within 60 days or risk forfeiture of deposit.

MATTRESSES:  All sales final on mattresses.

FINAL SALES: Please note that no refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be applied to any final sale items. This includes custom-cut drapery rods, cut fabric and trim, and any custom orders. Also includes any items that have been used and any items not returned in their original packaging, such as drapery hardware, lampshades, etc...
